  • This book is the “best of the best”for explaining in easy to understand terms how to lower you blood pressure without medication. I have bought several of these books and often give them away to family and friends if they express an interest.

  • I have listened to Dr Mirkin on his radio shows for years and totally respect him as a Doctor. I have several of his books. This paper back version of Healthy Heart Miracle is wonderful also but I find the type is too small for me to enjoy it totally. I should have looked for the hard cover version which surely is in larger print. That is my only complaint.
