I’ve tried sunflower seeds and it worked for a little while, but it wasn’t enough. I was eating 1 lb. bags of shelled seeds every two weeks…

I’m18years old and smoked for 3 years. and strongly adicted. I’ve tried to quit before (longest 8months but I still smoke now) could anyone give me some good suggestion of quitting?
I’m only 168 cm because I smoked in my teen years and I need to quit but I get so outragiously stressed and eat enormous amounts of meals because of the stress ..I tried smoking cannabis instead of tobaco but then I would get too high and forget that I’ve quit smoking and smoke a cigarette.. nothing works for me..
